The story of Les Villas de la Balise began in Concarneau, nestled between the city and the sea. Fifteen years ago, in search of a new balance in life, we discovered this unique neighborhood: close to everything yet rocked by the sea.
I, a city dweller at heart, and my wife, a lover of the sea and peace and quiet, have found here more than a home: a place of inspiration, a refuge open to the raw beauty of the coast.
From passion to creation
Over the years, our passion for real estate has become a vocation. Restoring, reinventing, and enhancing spaces... We've always been committed to renovating with meticulous care, as if each home were meant to become our own.
This is how an old caretaker's house for sale in the neighborhood and some rare opportunities gave birth to the Villas de la Balise: charming addresses, designed with respect for materials, comfort and the Breton soul.

Sharing these spaces was a no-brainer. We love our region, its nature, its changing light, its gastronomy, and the richness of its artistic culture. Passionate about Breton painting and contemporary art, we love to build bridges between tradition and modernity in each of our spaces.
Today, Les Villas de la Balise are an invitation to discover Concarneau differently: in peace, facing the sea, in houses where every detail has been thought out to offer a sincere and soothing experience.
